Client Need and Concept

The client needed a simple but unique Pool Party invitation card that could be produced with a quick turnaround time.  To accomplish this, I used the format of a double-sided postcard.  This ensured that the card could be produced quickly and easily by the printing company.  The front of the card depicted a swimmer diving into an inviting pool.  Bright colors ensured that the simple card was eye-catching and fun.  On the other side of the card, the diver has emerged out of the water, evidently in very good spirits.  For a personal touch, also occupying the pool are the hosts of the party relaxing and soaking up the sunshine.
